Salvation: Magic, Science or Reality

As followers of Jesus our purpose is to serve the Living Lord.

How is it that we serve God?

By serving others. By meeting the needs of the people around us. By redeeming the world.

With all the nonsense going on in churches, conventions and universities this simple truth is being forgotten.

We serve God by serving others.

This is the very reason we are called to the way of Jesus. This is the very example Jesus gave us with his life. Why is it not taught in Church? More importantly why is this not demonstrated?

The whole reason the church exists is to serve others, but it only seems to want to serve itself.

Me too…

I exist to serve others but all I seem to do is serve myself.

How about you?

Do you believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation?

Then you must follow the example that Jesus showed us. Salvation is not a magical or scientific formula. It is real.

It is only when you serve others that you truly live yourself.
